We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Condo in Englewood.  Great remodel, fantastic view, very comfortable.  Bill and Karen were amazing Property Managers.  Very informative, helpful and communicated quickly and answered every question we had.  They even brought us ice the first evening.  Would trust Bill and Karen to rent any property unseen.

I rented a beautiful home in Rotonda West from Bill and the owner Joe.  The home was well kept, clean, and exactly how Bill described it on the phone.  After a 16 hour drive to Florida, Bill was nice enough to meet me at the house at 9 pm to get the keys.  He even brought me my favorite beverage and ordered a pizza delivered as he could see I was exhausted and famished.   Both Bill and Joe have been outstanding and extremely accommodating.  I couldn't of asked for more!!!!
